What you will do

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline trends, and business KPIs to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools for business decision-making.
  • Optimize sales processes and improve operational efficiency with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and support commercial leaders with analytical insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
