What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX initiatives across discovery, concept development, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex scientific workflows, data structures, and technical requirements into clear, scalable user experiences.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interactive designs using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Apply AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, interaction exploration, and iteration.
• Scale design systems through reusable components and consistent interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, analytics, and scientific stakeholders while advocating for design decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end impact.
• Advanced knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, visual communication, usability, and accessibility.
• Strong experience with design systems, component-based design, user research methods, and data-informed product decisions.
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design and prototyping platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows, including concept generation, prototyping, and interaction exploration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required for presenting design decisions to global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing scientific, technical, or data-intensive products, including research tools and structured data platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows, prompt-based prototyping, APIs, or emerging collaboration tools.
• Experience in Agile, Lean UX, or Design Thinking environments.
• Background in Product Design, UX Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
