What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI product surfaces from concept to shipping.
• Create interaction patterns for human-AI workflows, including prompting, review, confirmation, and recovery.
• Build interfaces that help users understand AI reasoning, knowledge gaps, and next steps.
• Translate complex, multi-step AI capabilities into clear, controllable, and usable user flows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to define problems and iterate quickly on prototypes.
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability tests to identify friction and trust issues.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product or UX Designer with a portfolio covering web or mobile products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, interaction design, and information hierarchy.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and handle ambiguity before requirements are fully defined.
• Deep thinking regarding trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven experiences.
• Must be based in the United States
