What you will do

• Design end-to-end messaging experiences for job seekers and employers across mobile and desktop.
• Own product design from discovery and concept development through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and implementation-ready specifications.
• Develop reusable patterns for reply prompts, expectation setting, status transparency, and re-engagement.
• Conduct qualitative research and usability testing to refine AI-powered features and interaction models.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and design teams to improve product quality, accessibility, and trust.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or UX design experience at a senior individual contributor level, with a portfolio of end-to-end digital product work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity interface design.
• Experience designing complex products and two-sided user journeys across mobile and desktop.
• Experience with mature design systems and reusable components and product patterns.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions.
• Experience with qualitative research, usability testing, A/B testing, WCAG 2.2, and inclusive design; upper-intermediate English or higher and significant overlap with US Pacific and Central working hours are required.
