What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for new AI Agents features, from research and concepts through final UI.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, rapid prototypes, MVPs, and proofs of concept.
• Iterate designs using user feedback, changing requirements, interviews, surveys, and hypothesis validation.
• Build, maintain, and improve the Figma design system and related documentation.
• Ensure responsive experiences across devices and provide design reviews for developers.
• Research competitors and market trends to guide AI Agents and UCaaS product strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong UI design skills and a high-quality portfolio demonstrating visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and interaction design.
• Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative user research into the design process.
• Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma.
• Ability to lead design work independently from discovery and value analysis through post-release validation.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar, with strong collaboration skills for working with developers and engineering leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing conversational AI interfaces, copilots, or other AI-driven UX patterns.
• Experience facilitating design workshops or stakeholder presentations.
