TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (AI): Designing and improving AI Agents and UCaaS features through research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI with an accent on design systems, responsive experiences, and user validation. Focus on owning end-to-end product design, building rapid MVPs and proofs of concept, and designing conversational AI interfaces and emerging AI-driven UX patterns.
Location: Remote
Compensation: €2,500–€3,000 per month

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design process for new AI Agents features, from concept and research through prototyping and final UI.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, rapid prototypes, MVPs, and proofs of concept.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and changing requirements.
- Build, maintain, and improve the Figma design system and ensure responsive experiences across devices.
- Conduct user interviews and surveys, research competitors and market trends, and validate hypotheses.
- Provide design reviews for developers and contribute to documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong UI design skills and a high-quality portfolio demonstrating visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and interaction details.
- Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative user research into the design process.
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma.
- Ability to independently lead work from discovery and value analysis through post-release validation.
- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar is required.
Nice to have
- Experience designing conversational AI interfaces, copilots, or other emerging AI-driven UX patterns.
- Experience facilitating design workshops or stakeholder presentations.
