What you will do
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create personas, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure cross-platform consistency.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Communicate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders and executive teams.
- Mentor and coach junior designers to support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Argentina.
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
- English: Expert-level communication and storytelling skills required.
- Expertise with Figma, Adobe Suite, and Lucidchart.
- Proven experience in client-facing professional services environments.
- No visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Experience working within Agile project teams.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, Vue, or Angular.
- Knowledge of GenAI, APIs, CI/CD, and AWS services.
- Experience delivering cloud-based products and solutions.
