Location: Remote; must be based in Ukraine or the EU, with daily availability for overlapping calls during ET/CT hours.

What you will do

• Lead the full hiring process from initial outreach through offer closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop job descriptions and offer packages that clearly communicate role expectations.
• Run proactive outbound recruiting through networks, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Provide clear, thoughtful, and timely communication throughout the candidate journey.
• Track hiring data, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up.
• Experience hiring talent in Ukraine and internationally across technical, business, and leadership roles.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
• Experience with ATS tools, ideally Lever, and modern sourcing platforms.
• Experience owning offer discussions and closing candidates against competing offers.
