TL;DR

Talent Partner (Recruiting): Own full-cycle recruiting for commercial and G&A roles, building quality talent pipelines with an accent on sourcing, stakeholder alignment, and delivering an engaging candidate experience. Focus on managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously while using recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Location: London Area (work from the London office two days per week)

hirify.global builds a SaaS platform and hires across commercial and G&A functions.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview processes, and hiring priorities.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels and build proactive pipelines.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication, timely feedback, and guidance.
  • Manage multiple hiring processes at once while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • ~4 years of in-house recruiting experience, focused on commercial or G&A hiring (ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment).
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting capability from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closing.
  • Hands-on sourcing experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other TA tools.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to work from the London office two days per week.

Nice to have

  • Additional languages such as German or French.
  • Experience supporting consistent and inclusive hiring practices.
