Sr. Client Consulting Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid: at least 3 days in office)

What you will do

• Lead and program manage large-scale transformational engagements for payment products and solutions.
• Implement and configure payment systems to enable new features, functionality, and resolve blocking issues.
• Leverage Gen AI to optimize daily deliverables and share knowledge across delivery teams.
• Act as a technical champion to coordinate between solution architects, product teams, and clients.
• Oversee project documentation, risk monitoring, and adherence to internal control standards.
• Manage testing, defect resolution, and client sign-off for product enablement.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in consulting driving large-scale complex programs.
• Expertise in hirify.global or Mastercard payment products and financial system implementations.
• Proficiency in SDLC processes and tools (JIRA, Rally, Wikis).
• Experience with API platforms such as Postman and REST processing.
• Exposure to real-world AI use cases in financial services.
• Must be based in Singapore; hybrid work model requires at least 3 days in office.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Prince2 Foundation).
