AddeGrad Program (2027) - Client Solutions Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; US candidates only; based from the Salt Lake City office

Salary: $68,000 USD base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Participate in an 18-month post-graduate program with rotations across Client Services.
• Support clients by identifying, responding to, and resolving product issues and questions.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, Account Management, Sales, and Partnerships on root-cause analysis and client satisfaction.
• Design solutions and execute implementation projects for new clients on the hirify.global platform.
• Communicate project health and status while identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Must be authorized to begin work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Strong interest in delivering outstanding client experiences in investment management or related software deployments.
• Understanding of finance, technology, and target investment-management markets, or willingness to learn.
• Analytical, consulting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and context-switch across simultaneous projects.
