What you will do

  • Drive strategic planning, define priorities, and identify opportunities like new ventures, partnerships, and inorganic growth for GPB.
  • Formulate hypotheses, perform rigorous analysis, and develop action plans for market entry, expansion, and growth levers.
  • Produce high-quality strategy papers, decks, and updates for senior management and board.
  • Lead research initiatives including stakeholder interviews, surveys, benchmarking, and expert consultations.
  • Act as strategic partner to business heads, support growth, client experience, and risk management.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, project plans, KPIs, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8-12 years in consulting or corporate strategy; exposure to financial industry mandatory, private banking/wealth management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of PB processes, risk management, systems, and relevant banking regulations.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders, confidential work, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Driven self-starter with strong communication, influencing, presentation skills; thrives in fast-paced, diverse environment.
