Growth Director (Global P2P)

What you will do

• Design and implement growth strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business outside Hong Kong.
• Analyze market characteristics, user needs, and pain points across multiple global markets to improve usability and user experience.
• Build user risk-control and quality-management systems, including standardized operations mechanisms and high-risk user identification.
• Drive the refinement and upgrade of risk-control models and operational processes.
• Establish business-funnel analytics, monitor industry trends, and produce actionable reports for product and business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 7+ years of experience in internet finance, blockchain, or digital-currency industries is preferred.
• Experience in operations management and exposure to multiple global markets is preferred.
• Chinese and English must both be usable as working languages.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication, coordination, ownership, initiative, and resilience under pressure.
