What you will do

• Develop and execute growth roadmaps for perpetual futures and prediction markets to increase active users, volume, and revenue.
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, and crypto-native channels.
• Define and instrument user funnels from acquisition to retention, tracking core metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Analyze data using SQL and BI tools to iterate on growth hypotheses and optimize budget allocation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize landing pages and in-product flows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing with direct budget ownership.
• Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or crypto-native ad networks.
• Proven track record of scaling products through paid acquisition and funnel optimization.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Strong written English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of crypto derivatives (perps, futures, options) and prediction markets.
• Experience with crypto-native growth channels such as X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and KOLs.
• Familiarity with structured testing methodologies and experimentation platforms.
• Ability to use AI tooling to accelerate creative production and audience research.
