Senior Director of Ecosystem Growth, South East Asia

What you will do

• Own market intelligence, brand presence, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem growth across Southeast Asia.
• Research DeFi, crypto capital markets, payments, remittances, and institutional use cases in Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
• Identify ecosystem participants and document genuine inbound partnership inquiries while maintaining compliant engagement practices.
• Partner with Commercial, Business Development, Policy, Legal, Compliance, Product, Solutions, Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Track market intelligence, regulatory developments, and stakeholder engagement to inform regional strategy and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in business development, growth, market expansion, or general management.
• Proven growth, revenue, or transaction-volume results in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, stablecoins, DeFi, payments, remittances, or institutional financial flows.
• Experience scaling complex partnerships across Sales, Business Development, Product, Policy, Legal, Compliance, and technical teams.
• Experience operating across multiple countries and engaging senior commercial, policy, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth fintech, blockchain, or payments companies operating in Southeast Asia.
• Experience building operational frameworks and playbooks across multiple Web3, payments, or financial-services markets.
• Cultural fluency and experience leading diverse, distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Slack, Apple macOS, and GSuite.
