Earn Operations & User Growth Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to increase user acquisition, engagement, and Earn product growth.
• Develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams on product operations and campaign execution.
• Monitor daily product performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track campaign effectiveness through data analysis, user insights, and feedback, while driving assigned KPIs and growth targets.
• Support VIP and institutional client management and onboarding for Earn products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development; crypto, fintech, TradFi, and internet-platform experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and lending and borrowing mechanisms.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external token project partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a KPI- and results-oriented approach.
• Experience with VIP or institutional clients is advantageous.
