Product Marketing Lead / Product Marketing Director (Crypto)

hirify.global provides regulated crypto, stablecoin, and tokenization infrastructure for banks, brokerages, fintechs, and payment companies.

What you will do

• Develop differentiated messaging and positioning for the Trade, Transact, and Tokenize product lines.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear narratives connected to partner value, market trends, and business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Leadership to understand releases, roadmap themes, dependencies, and customer impact.
• Build and lead go-to-market plans for new features, including competitive framing and content for sales, success, marketing, press, partners, and prospects.
• Create partner-launch materials such as value propositions, FAQs, one-pagers, solution briefs, and sales enablement tools.
• Support joint marketing initiatives with enterprise partners.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure company.
• Experience supporting fast-moving product teams and building go-to-market motions for technical products.
• Strong storytelling, writing, structuring, messaging development, and audience-positioning skills.
• Ability to set cross-functional plans, work strategically, and execute independently at high speed.
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a technical, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Background in payments, digital assets, stablecoins, or brokerage technology.
• Experience with emerging categories and continuous product innovation.
