Marketing Director (Agentic Neobanking): Owning end-to-end growth and brand strategy for a crypto-enabled business banking and treasury management platform with an accent on campaign strategy, paid acquisition, demand generation, and B2B financial audiences. Focus on building the marketing function, managing cross-functional growth initiatives, and applying knowledge of onchain finance, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain mechanisms.
Location: Remote for candidates based in the USA, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, or Singapore; PST overlap required. Visa sponsorship is not applicable.
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Lead campaign strategy, co-marketing, paid acquisition, and demand generation.
- Own growth and brand initiatives end-to-end.
- Manage the existing marketing team of one and grow the marketing function over time.
- Work cross-functionally with product, business development, sales, and operations.
Requirements
- Professional experience in fintech, neobanking, or onchain financial management platforms.
- Strong understanding of the onchain financial economy, related ecosystems, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain mechanisms.
- Experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns for B2B financial audiences.
- Availability to work remotely from the USA, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, or Singapore with PST overlap.
