What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for enterprise partners, shopping carts, and payment gateways.
• Translate business requirements and solution designs into comprehensive project delivery plans and execution strategies.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams including onboarding, configuration, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with integration engineers and solution architects to ensure technical architecture and timelines are met.
• Coordinate approvals from legal, compliance, risk, and finance stakeholders to secure sign-off.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize requirements and manage roadmap trade-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery or Project Management for complex technology or financial services.
• 5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery experience in high-paced environments.
• Experience with global payment products or technology-led business solutions.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders up to C-level executives.
• Must be based in San Francisco to support the hybrid office model.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (card schemes, gateways).
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and common web concepts.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts.
