What you will do

• Lead business operations and market launches across multiple countries.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners.
• Oversee entity incorporation, office setup, and payroll implementation.
• Manage external vendors and service providers.
• Support recruiting operations, including recruiter onboarding and hiring activities.
• Plan and execute company events, offsites, and operational logistics.

Requirements

• Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to handle recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of ownership.
• Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand for on-site work.
