What you will do

• Provide technical support and root cause analysis for vehicle diagnostics across various systems.
• Resolve complex technical inquiries from dealers and internal teams via phone and electronic channels.
• Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation in internal systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to share technical insights and industry trends.
• Coordinate Field Engineer visits and occasionally conduct vehicle testing and servicing.
• Escalate complex cases with detailed documentation to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience, preferably in a senior dealership workshop role.
• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
• EV/HV certification (e.g., IMI Level 4, DGUV L2+) is a strong advantage.
