What you will do
- Provide Level 2 support for MES applications used in manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Troubleshoot incidents, execution issues, interface failures, and production support requests.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution with L3 teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Support and maintain integrations between Werum PAS-X, SAP PP-PI, ERP, and other manufacturing systems.
- Administer users, roles, permissions, and access controls while monitoring system reliability and availability.
- Support MBR/EBR lifecycle management, system enhancements, documentation, and GxP-compliant validation activities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting MES applications and working with Werum PAS-X.
- Strong experience with MES integrations, including SAP PP-PI or other ERP systems.
- Application support experience in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
- Knowledge of MBR/EBR lifecycle management, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Understanding of MES administration, user management, and access control.
- Fluent English and availability to work remotely from Poland are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with computerized system validation, manufacturing automation, and shop-floor systems.
- Knowledge of CAPA, change management, deviation processes, and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
- Experience working in Agile or global delivery environments.
