What you will do

• Develop and validate new Self Pierce Riveting fasteners and product ranges through laboratory testing.
• Design, assess, and optimize coating technologies to improve fastener performance and corrosion resistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to solve joining challenges.
• Commit to delivering reliable, production-ready fastening solutions for the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Background, qualification, or experience in Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related STEM discipline.
• Experience or strong interest in innovation, product development, and practical engineering problem solving.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Deeside site in the United Kingdom.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
