What you will do

• Develop and execute the country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and hiring.
• Design and implement the sales pipeline to reach ambitious B2B targets.
• Lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the Swiss market.
• Hire and mentor the founding country team for sales and implementations.
• Represent the company at events and in media appearances.
• Collaborate with the global business development team to drive new partnerships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and complex projects.
• Background in consulting and sales.
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products to enterprises.
• Swiss German fluency is preferred; fluency in both Swiss German and French is a strong plus.
• Strong English proficiency is required for internal collaboration.
• Owner mentality with a hands-on, self-starter approach.
