What you will do

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Qazaqstan, balancing growth, profitability, and partner sustainability.
• Build and lead a commercial organization of 20+ people, managing performance, goals, and professional development.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations with top restaurant chains and key accounts to close strategic deals.
• Develop and optimize commercial processes and monetization tools, including ads and promo placements on the platform.
• Collaborate with HQ commercial teams on fees, incentives, and reward structures to meet business KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading commercial teams, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
• Proven track record of negotiating multi-million contracts and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience growing monetization or ads revenue within a marketplace or platform business.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and take full ownership of business outcomes.
• Full professional proficiency in Qazaq and Russian.
