What you will do

• Support the CEO in the effective running of the CEO Office, ensuring priorities and decisions are aligned with the European business agenda.
• Partner with the Chief of Strategy to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, governance routines, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate the CEO’s operating rhythm, including ELT meetings, leadership forums, and business reviews.
• Prepare high-quality briefing materials and shape consistent communications from the CEO Office for senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead selected strategic and operational projects to bring structure, pace, and clarity to cross-functional work.
• Act as the primary coordination point between the CEO, Chief of Strategy, ELT members, and Group stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong strategic judgement with the ability to translate ambiguity into practical action.
• Proven experience leading complex projects involving senior stakeholders and multiple teams.
• Excellent project management and orchestration skills.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required
• Location: Based in Munich or another hirify.global EU office
