What you will do

• Develop and execute the UK country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and KPI setting.
• Design the B2B pipeline and lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market.
• Hire and lead the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations.
• Define event priorities and represent ElevenLabs in media and industry appearances.
• Collaborate with the global BD team and partner ecosystem to generate new sales opportunities.
• Ideate and drive strategic big bets within the UK market.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects.
• Professional background in consulting and sales.
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Established professional network across the UK enterprise and B2B landscape.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
