What you will do

• Oversee ETF and ICAV fund valuations, review NAV calculations, and challenge or approve third-party administrator outputs.
• Investigate valuation queries, reconciliation breaks, overdrafts, custody issues, and other operational exceptions.
• Monitor outsourced providers across trade lifecycle activities, service delivery, controls, and SLA performance.
• Track APAC market activity, settlement risks, cash impacts, trade mismatches, and subscription and redemption processing.
• Support ETF and listed share class launches by coordinating operational readiness and operating-model changes.
• Partner with Trading, Fund Management, ETF Capital Markets, Distribution, clients, and service providers to resolve issues and improve operations.

Requirements

• Experience in investment operations with strong knowledge of fund valuations, NAV production, and valuation oversight.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle management, settlement, custody, and post-trade operations across EMEA and APAC markets.
• Experience overseeing outsourced or third-party service providers and monitoring controls and SLA performance.
• Experience managing cash, stock, and NAV reconciliations and resolving operational breaks.
• Knowledge of multi-currency environments, global custodians, and matching platforms such as State Street and CTM.
• Strong written and verbal English skills are required, together with sound operational judgement, attention to detail, and a risk-and-control mindset.

• Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese language skills.
• Experience supporting ETF launches, listed share classes, or post-trade cost analysis.
