What you will do

• Oversee trade processing and settlement, including recording trades and resolving discrepancies with brokers.
• Maintain custody records for private placements and non-standard assets.
• Coordinate counterparty onboarding, including KYC and subscription documentation.
• Support month-end investment close activities and assist with tie-outs of cash and positions.
• Prepare quarter-end investment reporting for the Investment and Finance Committees.
• Monitor portfolio-level compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• College degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a business environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing deadlines.
