What you will do

• Lead a team of risk specialists providing oversight, advice, and challenge across Investments, Technology, Data and Information Security, Strategic Projects, and HR.
• Review business strategies and oversee operational risks related to technology, organisational change, and AI.
• Conduct and oversee risk assessments, monitor incidents and breaches, and ensure material risks are reported and escalated.
• Provide risk reporting, insight, and recommendations to senior management, committees, and Boards.
• Advise executives and senior stakeholders on risk mitigation, regulatory developments, and significant business change.
• Build risk awareness and capability through training, coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant senior-level risk management experience, ideally at Head of or Executive level.
• Experience in wealth management, asset management, investment solutions, fund management, financial planning, or investment platforms.
• Relevant industry and regulatory qualifications.
• Proven leadership and people management experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience presenting to formal committees and at Board level.
