What you will do

• Partner operationally with global Sales teams to analyze and improve local and cross-country processes
• Drive implementation of global projects coordinating with local teams
• Create automations in CRM and other systems to maximize sales process effectiveness
• Query and analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and maintain data quality
• Design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and team performance
• Detect and address operational issues proactively

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Spain
• Legal right to work in Spain without visa sponsorship
• 2–6 years experience in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or business development
• Fluent English (C1) required
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or other languages
• Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Zapier
• Educational background in STEM or business-related fields
