What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year vision and roadmap for Digital Banking offerings.
• Develop compelling business cases for major initiatives to secure investment and prioritization.
• Partner with C-level executives, banking leaders, and customers to translate market needs into actionable requirements.
• Mentor and coach mid-level Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive key business metrics including new customer acquisition, increased ARR, and reduced churn.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, and UX teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional Agile teams to deliver digital products in scale-up or enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Digital Banking domains; experience in Payments is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to define and execute a 2-3 year product strategy that drives measurable business impact.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring product teams, with at least 2+ direct reports or a history of coaching junior PMs.
• Track record of improving key metrics such as NPS, engagement, or retention by 10-20%.
• Experience managing products with 100k+ users or $10M+ in revenue.
