What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with remote engineering teams and designers.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution using a strong engineering background.
• Gather customer and internal insights to continuously iterate and improve product performance.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Adapt product development processes to fit both startup and large-scale corporate environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for B2B products, preferably in fintech or operations.
• Strong technical background in software development, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with distributed and remote engineering teams.
• Ability to adapt to different operational styles in both startup and enterprise environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
