Business Development Manager (SaaS): Driving new business development and achieving sales targets by reaching out to key decision-makers and presenting hirify.global’s products and services with an accent on managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. Focus on aligning hirify.global’s solutions with partner objectives, ensuring a seamless partner experience, and providing feedback on industry trends.
Location: All hirify.global employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.
Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 a year (€45k Base Salary + €15k Variable = OTE 60k)

What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches to bring in new business (with occasional in-person meetings as appropriate).
- Present, promote, and sell hirify.global’s products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align hirify.global’s solutions with partner objectives.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- A true hunter and relationship builder.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Naturally curious with a strong desire for continuous growth and development.
