TL;DR

Business Development Manager (SaaS): Driving new business development and achieving sales targets by reaching out to key decision-makers and presenting hirify.global’s products and services with an accent on managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. Focus on aligning hirify.global’s solutions with partner objectives, ensuring a seamless partner experience, and providing feedback on industry trends.

Location: All hirify.global employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 a year (€45k Base Salary + €15k Variable = OTE 60k)

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches to bring in new business (with occasional in-person meetings as appropriate).
  • Present, promote, and sell hirify.global’s products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align hirify.global’s solutions with partner objectives.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • A true hunter and relationship builder.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a strong desire for continuous growth and development.

Hiring process

  • Video call with a member of the Talent Team (30 minutes).
  • Video call with the General Manager (45 minutes).
  • In-person interview with the Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager (75 minutes).
