Senior Business Development Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle for Belgian SME merchants.
• Generate leads and build long-term relationships with market-leading clients.
• Develop sales campaigns and maintain a pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
• Coordinate with Marketing on events and activities that increase market share.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure solutions meet required standards.
• Conduct market research and use industry insights to advise potential clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of sales and decision cycles in the Belgian e-commerce market.
• Problem-solving mindset and basic knowledge of consultative and challenger sales tactics.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets in a customer-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Flemish, French, and English.
