Focus on identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, managing the sales process end-to-end, and leveraging data for continuous improvement.

Location: Hybrid in Belgium or Maastricht, Netherlands. Flexible working allows for up to 2 months of work abroad.

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and engage high-potential leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Connect with clients, uncover their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact and proposal to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Supplier Management teams.
  • Leverage CRM and analytics to guide decisions and experiment with acquisition tactics.

Requirements

  • Persuasive communication in Dutch (C1-C2) and English (C1-C2).
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS/platform/marketplace).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Ability to develop and nurture strategic stakeholder relationships.
  • Consultative skills to understand customer needs and deliver value.
