hirify.global is a fast-growing HR Tech startup founded in 2021, transforming international travel compliance with an automated platform for business travel, remote work, and expat scenarios.

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing for medium and enterprise-level companies in the Benelux market.
  • Customize offers to client needs by engaging with external stakeholders (HR, Legal, Compliance).
  • Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership to improve hirify.global's value proposition and features.
  • Report on the progress of your own deals in the CRM (Hubspot).

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a good understanding of the sales process.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
  • Good understanding of technology and sales tools, including Hubspot.
  • Passion for remote work and willingness to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience of working in business travel and/or global mobility.
