What you will do
- Nurture excellent relationships with existing high-value customers, ensuring their ongoing success and meeting sales quotas.
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans, monitoring customer data for retention and growth.
- Advocate industry and customer needs internally to support innovation and product development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve at-risk events.
- Own and drive the strategy for customer accounts, channeling feedback to improve the end-to-end customer journey.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment.
- Professional poise and confidence while communicating with customers.
- Strong task and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to use Salesforce, Churn Zero.
- Industry expertise in retail/hospitality.
