Location: Onsite in Villafranca di Verona, Italy
Salary: €25,000–€38,000 gross per year

What you will do
- Support day-to-day operations of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems in both client and server environments.
- Administer infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support to end users for hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure corporate workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor backup systems and verify successful recovery procedures.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2–3 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of LAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization platforms.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles for IT infrastructure protection.
- English: Good command of technical English, both written and spoken.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work at the office in Villafranca di Verona.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise ERP environments such as SAP or JGalileo, or AS400 (IBM i) systems.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Qlik.
- Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
