What you will do

• Own quality across the full product lifecycle, from feature design through production monitoring.
• Develop a QA strategy combining manual testing, automation, and production observability.
• Introduce AI-powered tools and workflows to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and release speed.
• Build and maintain end-to-end automated test suites, ideally with Playwright.
• Identify critical user journeys and determine where exploratory testing or automation provides the most value.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify risks early and embed quality into development.

Requirements

• Strong experience owning software quality in modern product teams.
• Experience balancing manual testing, automation, and production monitoring.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated tests, ideally using Playwright.
• Understanding of modern QA practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and testing strategies.
• Experience introducing AI tools or AI-assisted workflows into testing and quality processes.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, product mindset, and the ability to influence Product and Engineering teams.
