What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation quality engineers.
• Define and communicate test strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across all test levels.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality processes, standards, and automation practices.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Project Management to evaluate deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Identify risks and process gaps while driving corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in software quality engineering, including 3+ years in people management.
• Strong expertise with testing tools, automation frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby and SQL.
• Experience testing APIs and mobile applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Polarion for test management and defect tracking.
• Understanding of FDA regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11 and cGxP.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-based solutions.
