What you will do
- Conduct manual testing of new features, complex edge cases, negative scenarios, and user-centric flows.
- Design, build, and scale an AI Agent-assisted test automation framework for integration and end-to-end testing.
- Use AI Agents for test generation, script auto-healing, log analysis, and exploratory testing.
- Analyze defects and errors, document reproduction steps and root-cause insights, and communicate findings to Software Engineers.
- Select testing strategies, balance manual and automated regression coverage, and integrate AI-driven QA tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain test documentation, defect records, and QA guidelines while improving testability and release quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with software-testing coursework or at least one year of software-testing experience.
- Basic understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong ability to identify edge cases, negative scenarios, boundary conditions, and requirements gaps through manual testing.
- Familiarity with API testing, backend service verification, and frontend testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
Nice to have
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools and LLM Agents for QA, including automated test generation, auto-healing, and log analysis.
- Familiarity with Jira or comparable test-management and issue-tracking tools.
- Familiarity with security and penetration-testing concepts.
