What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for a portfolio of new clients to ensure they see value from the product as quickly as possible.
• Host 1:1 consulting sessions and provide tailored advice for software implementation from A to Z.
• Proactively reach out to customers to ensure implementation goals are met in a timely manner.
• Identify critical customer issues and focus on resolving them to contribute to long-term retention.
• Engage and motivate clients to maximize their software usage and business success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• Native-level German (C2) and strong English proficiency.
• Prior experience managing client communication (e.g., call center, hospitality, or events).
• Tech-savvy mindset with a capacity for fast learning.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
