Customer Success Internship - Growing Impact Scale Up (SaaS)

TL;DR

Customer Success Internship (SaaS): Assisting the customer success team in managing onboarding and maintaining customer satisfaction for a food supply chain network with an accent on user guidance and relationship management. Focus on onboarding new customer data and developing initiatives to improve customer relationships.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Compensation: €600 per month

What you will do

• Assist the customer success team in maintaining high customer satisfaction by listening to user needs and wants.
• Manage the onboarding process for new customer data and supply chain integrations.
• Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance and improve customer relationships.
• Guide users through the platform to ensure they realize the full value of the product.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or nearing the end of studies.
• Availability for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 5-6 months.
• Professional English speaking level.
• Strong collaboration skills and an enterprising, go-getter mindset.

Nice to have

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German or Dutch.
