What you will do

• Lead and coach the Observability and FinOps teams towards modern engineering practices.
• Establish and track OKRs focused on reliability, innovation, and product outcomes.
• Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, and the overall people cycle.
• Partner with Product Owners to balance delivery, technical debt, and long-term architectural goals.
• Drive a data-driven culture using SLOs and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with the Public Cloud Domain leadership to define strategy and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and coaching technical teams
• Proven expertise in Observability technology
• Experience managing the recruitment lifecycle and selecting candidates
• Ability to coach highly skilled engineers and advise senior leadership
