What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, focusing on their ownership, performance, and career growth.
• Manage delivery for specialized domains: either Governance & Observability or Licence & Billing.
• Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and success metrics.
• Mentor engineers and support architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and speed.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and team shaping to scale the engineering organization.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of first-line engineering management experience in a growing product organization.
• Relevant domain experience in Billing, Licensing, Governance, or Observability.
• Strong software engineering background with the ability to mentor and assess technical trade-offs.
• Proven expertise in people leadership, coaching, and handling difficult conversations with empathy.
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Right to work in one of the specified European countries.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Interest in open-source software or developer tooling.
• Exposure to AI-native products and AI feature development.
