What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, owning both delivery outcomes and professional development.
• Write and review code to maintain a credible voice in architectural and technical design decisions.
• Partner with Product teams to manage roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery cadences.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high engineering standards through constructive feedback.
• Drive AI-augmented development practices across the team to enhance velocity and quality.
• Manage hiring and performance for the team, acting as a role model for engineering management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management with active coding responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong background in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery.
• Proven track record of transforming engineering teams and improving delivery velocity.
• Deep technical fluency and ability to perform senior-level code reviews.
• Must be based in the US (East Coast), UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden, or Israel.
