What you will do
- Lead a team of engineers as a player-coach, owning both technical delivery and professional growth.
- Write and review code, driving architectural and technical design decisions.
- Manage the roadmap, prioritization, and commitments in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Develop the team's leadership bench, including tech leads and senior ICs.
- Own the hiring process, ensuring a high bar for technical talent.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and AI-augmented workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with 4+ years in engineering management (remaining hands-on).
- Experience building cloud-based SaaS products on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong expertise in databases, SQL, and BigQuery.
- API-first mindset and experience owning customer-facing surfaces.
- Proven track record of improving delivery velocity and technical quality.
- Must be based in the East Coast US, UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden, or Israel.

- Established AI-augmented workflow and experience with agentic workflows.
