What you will do

• Contact current restaurant customers by phone and email to present solutions that increase their monthly revenue.
• Support restaurants with positioning strategy, revenue management, online marketing, and use of platform tools.
• Sell, upsell, and retain products and restaurant partners within an assigned portfolio.
• Act as the primary customer contact and build long-term relationships across portfolios of 400–800 accounts.
• Train customers on available tools and increase engagement with bookings and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor performance through upselling, retention, tool adoption, and participation in restaurant campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales representative or account manager.
• Portuguese at C2 level and fluent English are required.
• Experience pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
• Experience handling 45–50 inbound and outbound calls and large customer portfolios.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong empathy and communication skills.
• Dynamic, resilient, and focused on achieving key results.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in restaurant operations or high-standard hospitality service.
• Background in e-commerce management.
