Location: Hybrid (Lisbon, Portugal) - 2 days home office per week

What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to present revenue-generating solutions.
• Support restaurants via email and phone regarding positioning, revenue management, and online marketing.
• Handle selling, upselling, and retention of products and partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact to build long-term client relationships.
• Provide training and support for the use of platform tools.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales representative or account manager.
• C2 level of Portuguese and fluent English.
• Experience pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
• Ability to handle high call volumes (45-50 calls/day) and large portfolios (400-800 accounts).
• Strong empathy, communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.

• Experience in restaurant operations and high-standard hospitality service.
