Salary: $96,000 – $179,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs from initial planning through execution and delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define scope and translate business goals into structured roadmaps.
• Drive programs for new product introductions (NPI), focusing on Quote-to-Cash systems and enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate enterprise applications and IT systems integrations tied to strategic business changes.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and communication rhythms across multiple functions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early to maintain predictable delivery and execution rigor.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within software, SaaS, or enterprise systems environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Agile program management tools and practices, specifically Jira.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice to have

• Experience within CIO or internal platform organizations, including Salesforce, ERP, and billing systems.
• Understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes, including Quote-to-Cash and product launch support.
• Data-driven expertise with SQL, JQL, or BigQuery for dashboarding and reporting.
• Experience with large-scale initiatives such as M&A or complex IT integrations.
• Master's Degree.
